As CEO and former President of four organizations providing janitorial, security, and HVAC services, I’ve had the opportunity to grow businesses, mentor leaders, and deliver exceptional results for clients nationwide.

After two decades in the facilities services industry as an operations manager, I took the leap in 2017 to launch Soriano Cleaning Services LLC with my wife and co-founder, Paola. What began as a small operation has grown into a trusted, professional service provider serving clients across the Tri-State and New England regions.

Founder & COO
With years of hands-on experience leading and supervising large cleaning teams in the Tri-State region, I partnered with my husband, Jose, in 2017 to launch Soriano Cleaning Services LLC. Having worked in the field myself, I understand the details that make the difference in quality and client satisfaction.
Today, I oversee many of our company’s daily processes, ensuring our teams deliver the same professionalism, care, and attention to detail that built our reputation. I’m passionate about supporting our staff, exceeding client expectations, and helping create cleaner, healthier spaces for every customer we serve.

I joined Soriano Cleaning Services in 2023 as Director of Operations, bringing firsthand experience from working in the field as a cleaner to later leading as Director of Route Services. That journey taught me the importance of teamwork, attention to detail, and building strong client relationships from the ground up.
In my role today, I focus on optimizing operations, supporting our teams, and ensuring our clients receive consistent, high-quality service. I’m passionate about continuous improvement, developing talent, and helping Soriano Cleaning grow while staying true to our values of reliability and professionalism.
