I joined Soriano Cleaning Services in 2023 as Director of Operations, bringing firsthand experience from working in the field as a cleaner to later leading as Director of Route Services. That journey taught me the importance of teamwork, attention to detail, and building strong client relationships from the ground up. In August 2026, I was proud to step into the role of Vice President.

As Vice President, I focus on optimizing operations, supporting our teams, and ensuring our clients receive consistent, high-quality service. I’m passionate about continuous improvement, developing talent, and helping Soriano Cleaning grow while staying true to our values of reliability and professionalism.

After two decades in the facilities services industry as an operations manager, I took the leap in 2017 to launch Soriano Cleaning Services LLC with my wife and co-founder, Paola. What began as a small operation has grown into a trusted, professional service provider serving clients across the Tri-State and New England regions.
